For domestic shipments, please allow 2 to 5 days - for delivery.

When we ship orders to international destinations it can take 1-3 weeks when shipping surface postal mail, depending on final destination.

Customers should have confidence in our money-back guarantee. You have 90 days from the date of receiving their product to request a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our support team to assist with your return.

Unfortunately, we can't offer order cancellations. As soon as you order a book, the order starts the process by our fulfillment warehouse partner. We are happy to provide a refund if the journal is returned to our warehouse. We will not reimburse the return shipping.
